Im trying to add some nice color to my tank while i wait for my frags to propogate. I saw a ton of electric flame scallops at my LFS for $10 and was looking to purchase one however i have seen mixed reviews. What are your guys opinion on this item? would it be difficult to keep up with feeding them?

I put one in my tank about a week ago and the first morning I had it woke up and he had scooted off to god knows where. Still don't know where he is but I'm not about to tear everything apart trying to find it. When it dies I guess my CuC get a nice buffet. They do this a lot apparently.

Yeah, these are cool until they die, then they are a nice expensive meal for your tank.
