Electrical pannel under stand?

Here is what I did. At first I had all the wires tied up nicely. Then I changed out my skimmer and return pump. What a nightmare. It looked great but it took about 3 hours to unscrew all the wire clamps and rerun my wires. I didnt plan on changing anything, but as you know plans always change.

its like $30 for 1. Outlets are about $1.20 and a box for the outlet is about another $1.10. I am thinking of just doing 12 outlets. So can do this up for around 60$ plus w.e the wire costs.
