    it is interesting... i havent read it yet but i do know for a fact that it makes the calcification reaction more spontaneous = faster growth ;)

    this doesnt surprise me. electrical stimulation, and i believe also vibration, are used to stimulate bone growth in humans

    pretty neat imo
