Wow.....absolutely stunning! The fact that it's in-wall makes it even more IMO. Beautiful!! Where was this video when the Zetlight contest was going on ?

I can't really say for sure Matt, theoretically adding some minerals can't hurt, I feel there is so much to reef keeping that is still unknown

for example, with side by side identical corals, why does one bleach and the other do fine?

much of what I do cannot be quantified or it's impact verified, it's just playing the empirical best hand that I know of

right now my tank is in a sweet spot, but anyone that has been doing this for some time knows the ups and downs that seem inevitable

I wish I knew more as to why things do well and why things don't, the challenge I guess is why it keeps me going

You know Elliot - watching this again, I think a lot of us would love to see a new thread in the DIY board just detailing your auto-feeder. Just a thought. I am sure you have oodles of free time. hahah

I know I would... As I'm currently in the process of building one right this minute. Just got the fridge in and am working out what plumbing I need now... I would LOVE a breakdown of what is going on in that fridge!
