    We were sitting around watching tv and my son says, daddy that crab had that fish! I looked and my emerald crabb had grabbed the back fin of my foxface and wouldn't let it go! I reached in there and freed it, I don't know if he was sick but it's 3 hours later and I just flushed a dead fox face down the toilet and I'm not happy at all!

    Wow, sorry to hear that :confused: I think most likely the foxface was sick to begin with. Crabs are opportunistic, they will grab whatever they can though. However, it would need to be a really big crab to grab a healthy foxface.

    My emerald got a hold of my dragon goby. He, was also sick the day after I bought it started showing signs. A healthy fish won't get pinched by one of those buggers. Sorry about your loss, those fish are awesome.
