    I have an emerald crab that is laying on its back, it is alive and doesnt seem to care that its on its back right now, is this part of the molting process or has anyone had an emerald do this? If so, what happened?

    I had one die recently.. it was not on its back.. but was upright and just wasnt moving.. looked fine except it was dead.. dont know if my other bigger crab killed it..

    yeah mine did that same thing, only it was pretty much as soon as i put him in the tank lol. Yeah i dont know what happened but he just stopped moving for like 24 hours. So i reached in and pulled him out. Yep mos def dead. Probably the same situation with yours???
