    my tang and gobie and maroon like it. I usualy feed around 2-3 times a week.

    ANY food can and will create pollution if you feed it improperly.... Always rinse the frozen food in RO or heck even tap water before you put it in the tank to remove the food grade preservitives(PO4 RICH) and all the wastes the live critters expell when they are flash frozen. Emerald Entree is a decent food, I feed it, but in my eyes it doesn't have enough algae so I add ripped up pieces of nori into it. Lately I have been feeding Rods Food.

    I personally don't care for the Ocean Nutrition Formula foods as the gel binder is an annoyance to me... The food doesn't melt into chunks, also I can't imagine what the binder does to the fishes' guts....owww!

    So moral of the story all food is good(with little exception) just feed appropriately and not too much!
