You might want to provide more information like how long has it had this problem, how long ago did you start treatment, things like that. If possible you should also post a picture of your fish showing the problem as clearly as possible. Also you may want to add some info about your tank and your water parameters, etc. and maybe someone will be able to help you find out what caused the problem in the first place.

I hope you find the help you need, Good luck.

ok, borrowed this from the ASAP forum. please start here

THE ASAP SUB-FORUM IS FOR EMERGENCY HELP AND TIME SENSITIVE SITUATIONS REGARDING LIVESTOCK AND YOUR IMMEDIATE AQUARIUM.
Example: Do you think that my lighting being on too long is making my fish tired?
Not really appropriately placed in the ASAP forum.
Please use good judgement and be sure your question is placed in the appropriate place. It helps us, help you.
Be patient: There are generally enough people on-line here at one time to help you with your problem.
Also consider using 3reef's search engine. Your question may have already been asked and answered.

    Let's get started.

Unfortunately you have yourself getting ready to start an ASAP thread. Often times we are left feeling a tad helpless when we see a thread that simply says.
    "Help! My fish are dieing".

Please fill out as much of the following info that you can. Not only will it help us help you, it's good stuff to know about your tank. And will aid in the future health of your tank and its inhabitants.....
COPY/PASTE and fill in the blanks..... Just do your best

    A picture(s) will also help.

Puffers do not tolerate copper at all...DO NOT USE IT!

What caused the ick? Poor water conditions, temp changes, new acclimation?

    Is he eating?

I would work on correcting the cause and if he is eating leave it be.

Lifeguard is a VERY STRONG OXIDIZOR and you need to put some extra airstones in the tank. How long ago did you dose? I used that in my FOWLR and the fish basically starved to death from lack of oxygen. I borrowed my stores big air pump with 6 airstones, placed a couple extra powerheads and the fish still sat at the air stones gasping. I would never ever use that again!

    Cichlids almost gone

I almost lost my cichlids because of some virus. Later, I found out it was caused by poor ventilation
