Encrusting Monti Vs. Zoas

    Hiya all,

    I have an orange encrusting montipora that is beginning to grow awfully close to a relatively small (maybe 30 polyps) colony of zoas.

    Will they fight each other away or will one dominate the other? The colony of zoas is somewhat moveable (won't damage more than 70% of the colony) however I'd prefer not to move anything if at all possible.

    The monti is close to 5 inch in diameter now and is beginning to grow up and it cannot be disburbed :)

    Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. The tank is finally starting to mature and I'm dealing with new issues :)
