End a bad day before it starts

Taut I would work on the tank so I went shopping. 1st I went to Home Depot and picked up all the plumbing supplies I needed to make a better return line for my tank. Then I stopped at the pet store grabbed a ground probe along with 15 snails and 6 hermit crabs. When I got home I got out my pipe cutter and started to cut the PVC and the dam cutters blade snapped and stabbed me in the chest the cut isn’t too bad but I feel like I was shot with a air rifle. My chest aches and I think I’m calling it a day to be continued. Ouch……

 

thats not good, maybe you should try a hack saw next time.

I'd say the cup is half full...at least you didn't get it in the eye.
Sometimes that PVC, depending on how long its been sit'n around, and what conditions, it can become either brittle or hard as a rock....and not to forget the most likely "made in japan" or worse pipe cutters that are sold out there. ; )
I'd say you were lucky as hell...sit down, have a beverage of your choice, and watch some college football....very safe. LOL
get up fresh... tomorrow is another day.

+1 on LG's comment, grab a very tastey beverage ;D. and all i can say is OUCH!!! that had to hurt! you need to clean the wound out very well, make sure no shards are in there.

 

Well the cuter was made in china & I broke out the hack saw and put in the work anyway
