I can't go back to the keys.

    HI,
When I was first married I lived in the keys , took the water for granted, if I went back now I would be arrested for trying to poach all the animals into my truck in ice chest and bring them back to va..
    hehe

Get one of these LightHouse Aquarium Controller and you can check your tank out anywhere that you have a internet connection. I can check and change things from my PDA. This will give you piece of mind while your on vacation.

ORP (oxidation-reduction potential, or REDOX) It is popular with those who use ozone gas or potassium permanganate as an artificial oxidation agent in fresh or saltwater.
I really like the LightHouse Controller, it is plenty well worth the money. I really like being able to change the configuration here at work if I see something wrong. It will also notify you via text or e-mail if you like.

I look at it as insurance for the investment I have made. Once you start to think about loosing what you have started then $$$$$ starts to add up quick, and $299.00 doesn't seem all that bad.

If your vacation isn't to a place where you will be diving on a reef, scrap the vacation and buy for your tank!
