Is epoxy dangerous to fish? The epoxy i use for attaching my coral frags are said to be reef safe and aquarium safe in general. But whenever i've used this epoxy i've always lost fish. I dont think there is anything wrong with the epoxy, when its said to be reef safe etc... My theory is that the small particles of the epoxy coming into the water after pressuring it onto a surface, might sit in the fish's gills and eventually stop it, and that way killing them. I dont know, but i just dont want to lose more fish to this epoxy if its dangerous. Please help!

I would say if you're suspicious stop using it to be safe. You can always use other ways of attaching coral to rock. Try using fishing line or something like that to tie it to the rock and see how it does.

I have never had any issues with fish loss and epoxy and have used many sticks of it in my day!

Tank parameters? Size, livestock, temp, pH, nitrates, calc, mag, alk (if you can test for them), etc.

As mentioned, there should be no side effects other than your skimmer may go crazy for a bit. As a side note, some 2-part epoxies will heat up after mixing, so you typically don't want to try to epoxy directly to a coral, but rather glue a frag onto a plug, and then epoxy the plug.
