    iv just go epsom sait magnesium sulphate it says household grade on the tub is this ok?

    i would add i would not use that heavily as it raises sulfate.

    also a pharmecutical grade is better but i think hosehold grade will work

    edit: also sorry for the lag i intended to post the instructions with this answer but i had to check and make sure i didn't just imagine pharmecutial grade for epsom salt.
