    How do you guys keep high flow and low flow corals happy at the same time? I have a green Goniopora and a frogspawn that absolutely hate a lot flow and will close up if there is too much. The problem with this is I want to try some SPS corals soon and they require very high amounts of flow. How do I keep both types of coral happy?

    You can try setting up the live rock to create lower flowing areas. Larger tanks are best for creating various flow areas. I do have some spots in my 55 gal. that have lower flow because of the rock work. Post a pic of the full tank and let's look at it.
