Wow! I hope there is a good explanation for this. If not, and he ever comes to speak at one of our club functions, you can for sure bet we will use that mug shot for the advertisement!

 

I bet there is a good story with that. Lord knows we've all done stuff that we look back on and laugh at... mind you, I believe I outgrew that around age 25.

I wouldn't take back one single "stupid thing".....

 

Yeah.....and that won't fly in court. Have you ever seen the show Cops? When little kids get "caught", they usually run or they stand there and just cry. The judiciary system assumes that adults have the ability and maturity to follow a certain standard that exceeds that of a 3 year old. If their actions follow the same as a 3 year old, expect additional charges.

 

It would not be reaching to think that this could be a possible substance abuse situation. I hope not, but if so, I hope this is the catalyst for seeking some help.

 

Frankly it's really non of our business what the explanation is. Everyone has issues in their lives that I am sure they are not proud of and would not want public knowledge.

I have seen him speak on a number of occasions, while I do not agree with everything he says, he does offer something of significant value to add to the hobby.

Lets try not to be too judgmental.

I fully agree, It probably wasnt appropriate for me to say that, but I'm speaking from experience on this subject. And was just trying to show and feel some empathy, and in no way was I judging. we are all human and all make mistakes.

 

he burgled the use of their swimming pool? sounds more like trespassing.

 

Basically, the story is already out there. I posted it because I could see 2 possibilities that I didn't want. Someone who really dislikes him posting the info and would use the info to say, "See, I told you" and bring up some old issues from a couple of years ago or someone who worships him and uses the info to prove a conspiracy theory.

It is what it is. It's a shame.

 

Leave this man alone he made a mistake why should it be made a big deal all of you had made mistakes leave it alone I say close this thread!
