Eshopps pf-1800 overflow box

Ok I purchased a eshopps pf-1800 overflow box online and when it came it only had one siphon tube, all the pictures of this 1800 gph overflow show 2 so I called and the store sent me another one. I got it today and opened it up and it only had the one. Does anyone have any experience with this overflow? Does anyone have any pictures of this overflow? I want to call again and get it replaced but I want to make sure I am seeing all the online pictures right.

This a picture of what I think it should looks like. When mine came in the mail it only had one of the tubes going over the top.

I only have experience with the 800's.
But anyways, jeez! What size tank do you have?!?!?!

 

I would be surprised if you got an honest 1200 gph out of that overflow with both tubes combined.

 

Bogie: I didn't think it would do the total 1800 thats why I wanted it bigger.

PackLeader: I am in the process of setting up a 150 gallon. my largest tank so far has only been a 55 so this is mostly new.

 

Well, 1200 is good enough for a 150g. I wouldn't do any more than that anyway. You'd be running 8x turnover. Good number. Some even say to go less, down to 5x to let the skimmer and fuge (if there) to do the work on the water. I run 6x myself.

 

I have the same overflow and yes they sent me one big tube instead of 2 smaller ones.
The big tube is 1 1/2 inch dia. where the small ones would only be 1/2 or smaller.
I called them and they told me they were having problems with the 2 tubes and people were complaining about priming them both so they changed it to the 1 1/2 inch dia.

 

Ditto here. I got the PF-1000 in January, pictured with two tubes but came with one, called DF&S, they said it only comes with one.
