Help we are in the middle of moving. We have finally configured our new tanks to move our fish in and noticed we have a leak on our overflow box. Problem is we are on a tight schedule and don't have a week to return and get a new one. I do not see any cracks but there is a steady drip on the bottom left hand corner I am wondering if they didn't fully seal it at the factory. Is there an epoxy i can use to fix this or do i need to return the unit. I'm hoping someone here will say go ahead fix it use this !

I would use an epoxy, or even PVC cement if you have any handy. Silicone the corner beads if you can’t find the crack might do the trick as well.

i would try the aquarium safe silicon. i used it when building my sump and it is strong stuff. i would guess you could just silicon it where you are seeing it leak at and it would hold.

make sure the bulkhead is screwed on tight. If it's a leaky seam then a bead of silicone around all the seams will do the trick, give it 12+ hours to cure before adding water.
