Will this be able to fit in a 10 gallon sump? How high would the water level have to be?

It should fit in there I think. Check Eshopps website to be certain. 7" to 9" deep for the water.

 

Stuck between SCA-303, SCA-302, and Reef Octopus NWB150 6"

Please give opinions, it is going to be by itself in a 10 gallon sump.

 

I would google search each individually personally. Get the good with the bad. See what size systems they are being used on, their bioload and how effective.
