Evaporation in my 75

So my 75g is cycling, and i add in ro water everday, to keep the level up, I noticed that its evaporating very fast? Like if I were to leave it for maybe two days my return pump would be sucking in only air, do you guys have this problem too? or is it just the humidity in my room causing this rapid evap?

- Thank god my Ro filter is coming in next week..

 

its probably just normal evap. i have evaporated afew gallons a day on my 55

 

sounds right, I go through 12 to 15 gallons a week in my twin set up, sometimes more and some times less.
you loose a little each time you reach in to the tank as well.

LOL funny thread, but not so funny come summer time. I do 20 gallons a week on average- winters are just as bad a summer- obviously. (I am midwest) At least my chiller isnt running in the winter.

 

I usually top off a gallon a day on our 55 with 20+ gallon sump. When it was the coldest (and the heater was on in the house a lot), I was topping off a gallon and a half.

 

this is insane, im like breathing in al this water?! the tank is in my room right, and i have three.. Should i turn my dehumidifier on?
