ever bought something you really didn't want

HI,
well I bought this neat looking leather, and saw this brownish green looking thing in the back of the tank it must have had 20 baby striped searpent stars in it,
I asked the LPS expert what the heck is it and whats all those little strpped arms, he said it was a common sponge with baby stripped serpant stars in it , so I said how much he said 10 bucks, its in the back of the tank with all the starfish . Hey those serpent stars can be rather pricy.

Sounds like an interesting purchase! What you probably got was mini brittle stars. If that's the case, they won't get any bigger than what you see now.
