I don't like when you get stuck next to the guy that hasn't showered in the last month. Happened to me on a flight to amsterdam, that's a long time to try and hold your breath.

Just think, situations like this make those moments where you get a normal flight buddy even better :) And I really don't think he could fit through the emergency exit...I'm still trying to figure out how he got in to begin with.

And me being a stick, I would gladly pay for my weight on a plane :D

have you even been to an amusement park where they have a seat for the ride at the beginning of the line? thats what they need if you don't fit you aren't riding, my brother in law actually had to long of legs for a ride once he couldnt fit "properly" in the seat, so he got to watch us enjoy the ride:D

    LOL

Yeah, I have been next to that guy as well. I also have been next to the older lady that needs to go to the bathroom ASAP and every time she got up when the fasten seatbelts light went out, they came back on due to turbulence. She had to go BAD, like gas 9 people out a couple times bad. I felt sorry for her and the FA's were not nice to ehr and told her repeatedly to sit down. The FA even told her that if she did not sit down she was going to be handed over to the authorities upon landing. I swear she soiled herself before finally getting clear air (LOL) to get out of her seat to use the bathroom.

I am a big guy, but I do fit in the standard cheapo seats barely. If my shoulders were any wider, I wouldn't fit in those tiny seats. I try to get exit aisles as I am a tall guy too, and flights longer than 3 hours or so cramp me up.

Yelling/ crying kids are amazingly still occurring on flights.

Recently a woman and a crying/ yelling kid were taken off a plane recently. I say kudos to the FA's that made that happen.

Otherwise, duct tape should be employed.
