Ever notice, that after a WC, the fish seem less stressed?

I agree with 414....I think they probably just recognize that the environment is cleaner and that there is no more commotion going on ....I think I can tell when my fish are stressed vs. content - call me the fish whisperer but I can....as can many on here I'm sure. And, I don't think there needs to be a point to every post or observation we make.

I like my tank better after a water change!!! If I feel better, why shouldn't they?

 

I think its only logical to think, that as long as your param's are matched close to your WC, that, of course the fish like it and enjoy the new water. Can you imagine 10 of your friends shoved in a bedroom for 2 weeks with the windows and doors closed. You'd prob be ready for some fresh air too
