    I will be number 7, test strips are probably less accurate than just guessing... All kidding aside what kind of LFS do you have around you? i.e. chain stores or mom and pop shops, the mom and pop shops seem to be better IME with giving advice but that differs with every LFS. Try and see if they have Salifert or API saltwater master kit and reef kits, those should do well. For a reef it is ideal to test Calcium, PH, Alkalinity, Phosphates, Nitrates, Nitrites, Specific Gravtity(with a good quality refractomoter) and Magnesium. Make sure to test anything before you dose. What kind of salt are you using?
