    ok i put in a small pinch of food. the live rock had a hitch hiking turbo snail on it so i have that so far. im not going to put in anything till like the 15th of july. im going on vaction next week and my reef friend is watching my tank for me so i hope it will be ready then.

    question. whats the order i should add stuff? should i do some hermits and snails or do corals then a add fish or whats the recomended order to add stuff. i know it will be a progressive thing but would just like to know

    I would add a cuc first, and although I have never had any problems with hermits and snails some people say their hermits eat their snails.

    As far as the others go I think it's more of a preference. I added fish then corals then anemones. Just make sure when you get corals make sure all your fish are reef safe, I had a coral beauty angel I had to return because he likes to eat corals.

    thanks moby! ill get my cuc after i return from vacation! a couple hermits and another snail mabey! then ill probly get corals. im more excited about those than the fish...

    ill probly have like one fish and the cuc and some zoas polyps. just some nice begginer corals for now.

    and Moby you and me both!

    i found a local dealer today who works out of his house on ebay and he sells his stuff cheap! i can get a peice of rock with 2 diffrent zoas on it with like 10 heads on it for 12 bucks!;D
