    I just acquired my 5th wrasse. A huge yellow wrasse (halichoreus chrysus) from someone getting out. Once you get a wrasse...its on!

    There are actually 2 different yellow wrasses that are almost the same. If you go on live aquaria under their non reef safe wrasses you will see 2 different types. Mine has the slight purple high lights on the head. I will work on getting some pics, as I really don't have a specific build thread.

    Which one next? Your tank is big enough to really keep any of them; the real question is: How much do you want to spend? ;)

    Hence the reason I HATE that common name. You'll never catch me referring to them as such; I much prefer "Canary Wrasse".

    Halichoeres chrysus v. Halichoeres lecoxanthus
    The only real discernible difference is H. lecoxanthus has a white belly (as opposed to an all yellow body).
