    its an ORA 'purple' nana thats not purple. I got it for cheap and will get pics up tomorrow.

    Purple Nana is pretty much a bonsai and I do have 3 frags... i really am ridiculous.

    pH fluctuation, cyano and water change

    So I calibrated the pH probe on the Apex Lite yesterday, turned out that it was off by 0.05~0.06. Here is the chart of the last couple days on my Mac:

    You can see when I calibrated, and before and after difference.

    Also as far as the cyano battle goes, Im in the clear! I left small cyano patch and see if it spreads, but it's not. It seems even dissipating!!

    All I did was that I did the water change (10 gallon) 3 days in a row with Coralife salt mix, which I used to use before. The pH fluctuation has gotten a lot better: 8.31~8.44.

    Do you think it's a case of bad salt batch?

    yeah the more you talk about it the more i think it is the salt.
