    Thanks Matt! What I did was drilled 8 holes (in sets of twos).... And then just looped the zipties across. Oh and my zipties were too short so I had to combine 2 zipties for each loop. Hopefully this pic will shed some light?

    Finally I got the glass panes for the c2c overflow and the baffles.

    Some glass piece is a little off than I ordered but nothing extra silicone (GE Silicone 1) can't handle.

    C2C overflow box size is gonna be 38"x4 1/2"x3"

    I have never worked with silicone before but see what happens..

    i know what you mean... i went from a 40 gallon to a 150.. and i still stare at it like wooohhhhh..

    nice tank start,, following for sure..

    ^ I know! There is not too much stuff that you can salvage from the old/current set up without major mod. I saw you got the lights tho.

    Got silicone work done last night. Being tested with fresh water at the moment. God the silicone is HARD to keep it clean!!

    Im not gonna embarrass myself by showing you guys close up pics of my silicone work, please dont ask!

    The return pump (MagDrive 18 ) didnt come today, instead this came to the door first today WOOT!

    BTW, this MP40 was brand new off eBay $385 shipped (Priority Mail)!! Sure gonna have fun play with it.

    Nice sump. I'm waiting for petco to have their $1 per gallon sale to get a 40 breeder to use as a sump.

    Thanks. 40B, thats what I was hoping to find, but 18" might have been too tight.. Dont have Petco here either.. FAIL.
