    Thanks, JB! I kinda posted the pic for you :)

    I traded the yellow clown goby that had been in the sump because he used to eat the candycane with 2 chromis. I wanted more but they were the last two.

    oh you bought 420nm LED. Did you install them?

    Yeah, slowly started to gather parts for the rebuild, so the LEDs are not installed yet. It will be a whole new build. 24 more different LEDs, 2 heatsinks, 3 more drivers etc.

    so your entire lighting set up will be all LED? i really need to look into tho, cus these MHs are crazy killer on the electric bill :/ ill deffinatly be following your progress :)

    Hey Billie, I still have the LED from the former setup. I just need to upgrade it so bad... Never had a MH before, but I can only imagine how hot and expensive they could get..

    Hey exactly, I was just curious, how are you going to remove the existing leds from the heat sink? Or did you do the drill/tap thing with screws? I've heard trying to remove the stars once they are epoxied on the heat sink is a PITA.

    Yeah, I have been trying not to think about that since I epoxied. Some say its easy, some say pain. Maybe I should take one off just to see how hard (or easy) they come off.

    Did the routine water change. The left side was too high so I changed around a bit.

    No coralline growth for 2 months:confused:
