Im planning to go with SWC 160 Xtreme int the first chamber (all the way to the right). It has 10"x10" space, should be enough, right? Waiting for BigAls to stock them for a while now. I have been skimmer-less for more than a year+ for the current 29g, Im in no rush.
Now I need to start brain washing the wife into it..

The pluming pipes are waiting for the return. And oh BTW, Ill go external with this MagDrive, since I have limited space inside of the sump. Its drilled and ready.

 

Ahh... 10x10 could work out - my Bubble Magus NAC6 would fit in there. Good luck.

 

i see you have an eggcrate at the bottom of the tank, what purpose does it serve?

The eggcrate is at the bottom of the tank to protect the bottom glass from scratch/damage especially when you are scaping.

Fail 1
The sand from Marcorocks didnt come today! The weird thing is, have been tracking the package, it shows that "Left a Notice." I was home ALL day, checking outside every 30 min, noone came to the door. Went to the mailbox, regular mail was there, except the package or the Notice.. Whats going on?

Fail 2
I was supposed to get the MagDrive I have been talking about here. I contacted the eBay seller asking for the tracking number since it has been 6 days after I paid, turns out, the seller's mom messed up my address, got returned to the origin.. What are the odds?

So I cant fill it up until MONDAY afternoon!!!
