    In addition to what I said above, I opened up the BP reactor and gave it a good clean since the pellets werent tumbling well. Changed the GAC as well. I hate to see a few pieces of GAC come out of the reactor every refill even after a few rinses. So today I put the extra filter sock at the outlet of the GAC reactor, it worked like a charm!

    I hope so! LOL
    I SOMETIMES envy the local store environment in SoCal. The thing is I used to live in OC for a while, of course I wasnt into this hobby at that time.

    Yup, I rinse the GAC a few times every refill. I dont run GFO.

    Thanks Logan! Thing about all the SPS is... they dont grow fast enough, staring at them everyday for a long time is not gonna help either! Im gonna start seriously target feeding soon.

    did you make that DIY target feeder yet? I just need to find some hard airline tubing this weekend. I've got extra flexible tubing and will just use a syringe from one of my test kits.
