experience with AQUACON

like the title says. has anybody have any experience with aquacon? they have some of the sps i am looking for and i am tempted to make a purchase but wanted to see if anyone can chime in with their experience with the merchant. thank you.

I have no expereince with them because their reputation speaks for them. run a search on here and google and you be the judge. They have last I knew between 160-200 BBB disputed filed against them, and the ratio of complaints to compliments is about 30:1.

I dont think I have ever read of anyone that has received an order where everything arrived alive.

They used to be great...back in 2000-2001 LOL.
The most common comment now is their name suits them...AquaCON.
They'll sell you things they don't have in stock, take your money, then only give you store credit for not getting what you want because they never get in what they've sold you. Their livestock health also has a lot of complaints.

ive only ordered from them twice, both times the stock was great and arrived healthy and alive and they have a great selection. but i have heard some awful stories of awful service and terrible livestock.

 

I've ordered from them with no complaints here their 40% off stuff can be great deals

 

I also reused their packaging to send some corals to Montana...and they made it there in perfect shape too....their packaging was stellar

 

I loved the corals I got from tallahasse im pretty sure it was an aquacon box... not aquacon corals.

 

I think I need to get some more corals sent to Montana... I could care less about the box
