so the poll is looking like it will end up being the trigger tank. now i need to think about the tank and fish.

    fish list:
    1 Saddleback Butterflyfish (Chaetodon ephippium)
1 Arothron Dog Face Puffer (Arothron nigropunctatus)
1 Zebra Moray Eel (Gymnomuraena zebra)
1 Humu Picasso Triggerfish (Rhinecanthus aculeatus)
1 Red Tail Triggerfish (Xanthichthys sp.)
    1 Banana Wrasse (Thalassoma lutescens)
    1 Pinkface Wrasse (Thalassoma quinquevittatum)
    1 Goldbar Wrasse (Thalassoma hebraicum)

other fish i like (wish list):
    Niger Triggerfish (Odonus niger)
    Harlequin Tusk (Choerodon fasciatus)
    Emperor Angelfish (Pomacanthus imperator)
    Red Flag Grouper (Cephalopholis urodeta)
    Powder Brown Tang (Acanthurus japonicus)
    Yellow Tang (Zebrasoma flavescens)

can i get any of these fish?

    tank:
    (72x17x27) 135 gallons
    55 gallon sump
    octopus skimmer
    100lbs of live rock
    2" sand bed

if you see a problem with anything please let me know i will be starting this project in a few weeks. hope to be done by new years.

if you don't put the Thalassoma at the same time you will have problems. I wouldn't do the grouper personally. Everything else is cool.

Unless you've got cultured media already in the tank, it'll crash if you dump all those in at once.

Also, the tank is too small for an Emperor Angel.

i didnt think the angel would work.

i will have around 15-20 mollies in the tank when i add all the fish, and the tank will be running for a few weeks with the mollies in it.

do you think this will work?

if it wont work in what order should i add the fish?

I would get more Live Rock, at least 150lbs+ to ramp up your bio filtration for that amount of fish.

+1 on adding them all at once is a bad idea. It's best to add fish slowly over an extended period so your bio-load can comfortably adjust.

definately avoid the grouper, those things can get very big. Again I wouldnt add all those fish at once
I would personally add the wrasses first, then the dogface and moray next and then the triggers last. I would stay away from the butterfly as they are hard fish to begin with and you are adding him to a pretty aggressive fish. I also would avoid the powder brown tang as they are know ich magnets and you are again adding to a very aggressive tank. You will not be able to treat the ich in the display tank due to the puffer. If you want a tang add a yellow tang towards the end.
But again, I would spread these out over several months for best chances
