I'm really confused with these, the octopus 200 is rated for 238gal and is half the price and rated for twice the tank as the pro and extreme. I think there coming out with a new pinwheel pump soon also that is really supposed to put out a lot of air

    Bullet-2

I voted neither. I recommend this. I can only speak from experience on the Bullet as I have not ran or seen the other run on any system.

I looked at the bullet 2 and like it but I can't fit it in my sump as it would have to be above it. I want an in sump model and the bullet 2 is not.

It only needs to have the output port above water, as it is intended for the sump.
You might try one of these: Needle Wheel

Well this may be an option as well. With the PM RL200 what does Ozone Compatible mean and do these sit in the bottom of the sump or do they need to sit in a certain amount of water.

Should you just look at the rating like that or which one is made better. Just asking because I would rather quality over rating. Not saying there is a difference in quality with these two because I really don't know.

looks like they just sit in the sump and you adjust it. i would assume ozone compatible means the plastic is rated for ozone injection and won't crack. but that just a guess
