I have an eyelash blenny and he looks like he has cloudy eyes, but every one that I see at the different LFSs around me all look like that, is it normal or should I do something about it. btw I do soak the food in garlic and add Brightwell Aquatics "Vitamarin-C" too (started both just recently though)

From the pic it looks fine IMO - I wouldn't worry about it too much but if it starts getting worse and becomes swollen and real cloudy, then there may be some kind of parasite or infection. You have a good amount of algae so I don't think feeding is an issue but if it does take prepared food, I would try soaking food in selcon (think it's better than garlic alone)

Keep a close eye on this fish. If it starts to get too skinny, consider returning it. Many starve. Few accept prepared foods. Mine lasted about six months in a 90g tank that had plenty of foods for it to nibble on (rock and glass). So be careful. To answer the original question, the eyes on mine were pretty clear. I don't remember cloudiness. What are your params.

I'm so glad mine eats those algae sheets. Starvation was a concern of mine so I looked for one specifically eating prepared foods!
