It is a dry heat, yeah right !
They are all spot on in my opinion except for:"LPS and SPS are meaningful terms for grouping stony corals"

The only confusion I see with this type of grouping is Hynophora and Turbinaria beginning classified as sps rather then LPS. To me it seem relatively easy to distinguish between small and large polyp corals with the exception of the two l corals I listed.

Both "small" and "large" are subjective terms. Well of course they are subjective but how often do you mistake a Fungia for a sps and a Montipora for lps.

This is too general of a statement:Dosing trace elements is essential to maintain healthy and colorful corals" Again seems common sense, eg: Tulips vs rose fertilization needs.

This is my favorite in the group:Aquarium lights that appear blue are more natural and better for corals" Yeah no kidding. This trend of flooding tanks with blue light needs to go the way of using coral skeletons for scaping, it looks un- natural, too much of a good thing.

This is a goodie and one of the most common mistakes:"Stony corals require more light than soft corals". Boy I leaned that one the hard way.

If this one gets out it could cause mass hysteria:"A protein skimmer is required to maintain healthy corals and fish". :end:

Good read, and deserves more than one read. :)

lol...yea some of them they listed that they explained about were pretty funny. But I kid you not I've heard the LFS sell garbage to people. The other day I caught them try to sell a friend of mine who is just starting up that he needed to purchase "live rock" and that "dry rock never becomes completely live" lol. Only $11/lbs. Yea right. I dragged him out that store before he bit the bait.

That's pretty funny, 'never becomes completely live'.

This is a really nice article, supporting there statements with evidence based science, and a list of their sources.
