    the title pretty much somes it up..i noticed white spots on my trigger and i want to get it out before any of the other fish get it.

    There isn't a fast way to. Hyposalinity seems to be effective, as well as copper. I favor hypo

    soak the food in Garlic, Quarantine the infected fish. Some say to dip the fish in fresh water but at this point I feel it is better to avoid stressing the fish out

    yup hypo or herbtana microbe lift has worked for me several times, but if you dont want to spread it to other fish you need to dose your tank since there is probably eggs at this point, as well as quarantine the fish.

    the best way to cure ich is to do hyposalinity and keep your fish on a good diet and keep it very healthy and thats the way to beat ich. alot of the times ich is brought out in fish that are stressed.

    +1 no fast way patience is key, how ever I would only resort to copper as a last resort. Hypo salinity, or Herbtana Microbe lift has been very successful for me

    Feed it well with food soaked in vitamins and garlic, keep a low stress environment for it and let it run its course. All my fish have beat ick with no medicine of any kind. Its to late to pull it out of the tank to just stop it from spreading. Your DT is already infected. But if you are going to treat it then do it in a QT tank.
