Fatest way to lower nitrate???

    Yeah my nitrates were riding about 30 when I was converting my tank from Fish Only to Reef. I did weekly water changes when it was a fish only tank but I had some real messy eaters upping my nitrates(porcupine puffer). So when I got rid of some of my livestock and upped the amount on my weekly water changes, the nitrates started to drop fast. They are down to about 12 right now and I did add a fuge about 2 weeks ago. So WCs and a fuge would help out a lot and also watch out how much you feed.
