For realz! Went yesterday for some dog supplies and noticed their saltwater section looked to be maintained very well. Their tangs were even fat and their clowns were down right porky. Torrance, California.

The petco here is terrible, I went in last time and they had dead rotting fish in their tank. They acted like I was stupid when I told them about it

The first post in this thread is complimentary, so lets keep that theme.

Ive found a very good way to do business with petco. Talk to the aquatics manager and find out when the fish are delivered. Have him/her order what you want, and pick it up when it is delivered before it goes into their system. You get a discounted price for getting it off of the truck. I just got a VERY healthy hippo tang, no ich, eating well, no problems AT ALL for $32. This is the 2nd fish i have purchased this way. Its basicly like ordering online, without having to pay shipping. I highly recommend giving it a try. A Flame Angel is next on my list ;)
