    Currently have it middle of the tank which is the highest part of my tank.should I move it lower in the tank our wait and see no feeder tentacles have came out yet not to worried about that yet.thank you for your input and help

    It's a safer bet to start it out on the bottom, then slowly move it up. Some Favias are more sensitive to light. Where did the previous owner have it?

    I would think lower 3rd of the tank be okay for it. If he needs more you can move em up as previously stated.

    It was in the bottom but about the same distance from lights from where I got it but it was under more intense lights metal halids I have t-5 I will move it down.

    Your lighting is just as intense as MH, place it in the same area as the previous owner.
