My feather duster worm crawled completely out of its tube today and has wrapped itself around a rock. Should I be concerned?

Not really much you can do except keep a close eye on it. Hopefully it will build a new tube. Although somewhat rare, they will do that if they're not happy with their present location.

Did it already pop it's head or is it in tact? If the heads on that's a good sign. My emerald crab enjoyed eating the algae on my dusters tube that he freaked it out and it dislodged it's cap and stressed out. Best of luck to you. I found that if you have a sump, they like the refuge macro algae area. My second one the crab caused havoc to is down there and growing back nicely.

The head is completely intact and extended (if thats the right word for it). Infact the head on it looks bigger since it moved itself.
