    I would think little feather dusters can make it through the cycle. I had a couple on my live rock make it.

    when i set up my tank i had gotten live rock and all the lil feather dusters seemed to pass threw the cycle... they are doin good and one is opened up to the size of a quarter and the other is a size of a dime
