I believe in the whole "keep them well fed and they won't eat coral" philosophy. What should I feed a flame angel in a reef tank? I was thinking alternating between mysis and new life spectrum pellets and providing seaweed. What do you guys think?

that should work out fine. ive had a flame for almost 3 yrs , and it hasnt gone coral nipping. thats a good diet for it, plus theres a frozen angel food cube , that has sponges in it. angels like sponges

With a reef tank it sucks that you can't get all the pretty fish that you can with a FWLRO setup. Many fish I wanted to get but can't because they will destroy the corals and/or eat the inverts.
Although there are still very pretty fish such as many of the Tangs, Foxface, Clowns....
