I don't have duncans, but I do have sun corals and I only feed them once a week if I remember to feed them at all. What kind of skimmer do you have?

I run a cpr aero force, numerous types of media such as purigen, phosgaurd, and once a month carbon for 48 hours. A total of about 90lbs of LR between the 50g dt and 7 gallon sump. I feed the fish every other day and corals once a week. The only thing that ever reads above 0 is nitrate and that is always at 5-10 ppm.

A friend of mine had told me that as long as they accept the food feed them. I just wanted to double check. I had purchased 4 heads for $30 on Monday and they opened up right away as well as never close like most people's. I figured since they are eating what they grab I might as well put them in the main area where the mysis circulates to help not having to spot feed. As well as spot feeding. I will cut back to once a week for spot feeding.
