    Hey guys, I was wondering how often can I feed my frogspawn i want it to grow as fast as it can how many times a week can I feed it? Just found out yesterday he takes small fish pellets i fed him Hikari pellets yesterday and fed him mysis on monday.

    I usually feed mine 2-3 times a week. I'm not sure if you can really overfeed them or not, if I offer mine something and he doesn't want it, he just hangs on to it for a minute or two and then lets go of it.

    I fed my frogspawn yesterday is it normal for its feeding tentacles to extend the day after feeding because thats what im seeing now should I feed it?

    I don't target feed mine and my red frogspawn within a year has doubled it's heads...
    mine is a branching spawn btw!

    if you can keep your water good, you can feed it as much as it will take.

    Mine would never eat more every other day.

    I feed mine every few days. It' noms down some brine shrimp and seems to be a whole lot bigger the next day.

    IMO that is too much. How big is your tank. I think they should be fed 1-2 times per week.

    I feed my frogspawn about two times a week with mysis shrimp but i also keep my magnesium levels on the high end too make it grow very quickly to frag.

    Im just seeing how much it eats and how it will react to being fed every other day if it doesnt work than ill feed it less often plus anyway i cuurently have no fish but to shrimp and a brittle starfish they eat the left overs by the way its a 24 gallon current aquapod
