I recently added a mated pair of cross hatch triggers and a show achillies tang. The tang took off eating but the cross hatch have been very picky. It had been days since they ate and I tried everything under the sun for feeding. I saw they eat krill and bought some. Well the issue I have is that they float? I cant get them to sink. I put one on my tongs as they seemed instantally to attack it. So great I found food they will eat but the problem is I really dont care to hand feed them each time. What do you use to get the food to stay in place so they can eat?

I was going to say the same thing, let the krill soak in some tank water, When you see the krill sink in the cup, its ready to feed your fish.

I feed krill the same way, but to my corals. I chop it a little and toss it in a cup with tank water and rehydrate but thats when I add a zip of vitamins and selcon. My clowns can't get enough!!!

When I had Triggers and Dog Face and Panther Grouper, they absolutely loved Silver Sides. I fed them Krill also, and some did float but that never stopped any of them, they would surface feed. One other thing I did was after they soaked (over night) I would break them up and they seemed to sink easier.
