I rinse and strain equal amounts of mysis shrimp cubes and formula one then mix together in and freeze it in a sheet in a plastic bag. When I feed ill just break a piece off and melt it again in some tank water then suck it up in a turkey baster and feed my fish. The fish LOVE eating from the baster.
SO is it bad to feed them mysis every feeding?

    Fish are:

2 O word clowns (Dory and Nemo)
1 Royal Gramma (Ick..just the name he doesn't actually have ick)
    1 Chalk Bass (Snapper)
plus my Candy Cane coral that eats mysis

Since your are using formula one you should be OK, but increasing the variety is not a bad idea.

i buy a pack of frozen mysis feed it till its gone, buy a pack of frozen krill, feed it till its gone, rinse and repeat this cycle....

atop of the frozen i too throw in some pellets and some flake foods that balance the diet. im on a tight budget so i dont justify the purchase of both packs of frozen to equally mix them up or anything...
