    Zoas cannot eat, i have had SO many types in my tank(hence the name, Zoanthids21 :D) and i have tried feeding them pellets,flakes,mysis,brine shrimp, and they never react.

    Although, you can feed Palys and they will benifit from the feedings. I have noticed better color and growth since i started feeding mine.

    What I read lighting is a must high quality the zoa's feed threw there skin I would think feeding other corals the vitamin juice tiny particles are what they absorb. Just my 29cents
