I doubt it, I have been collecting these answers for months now.

The exact amounts should depend on your tank inhabitants. If you have more of filter feeders/NPS go heavier on the smaller particle items, if heavier on larger fish more of the squid/shrimp/fish.

Great article!! Highlights Phosphate in aquaria
    - Aquarium Chemistry: Phosphate And Math: Yes You Need To Understand Both — Advanced Aquarist | Aquarist Magazine and Blog

    Some highlights:

    * Rinsing frozen food is of very little benefit (contrary to my and many others beliefs)

    * GAC with a high phosphate reading is still 70-100 times less phosphate added on average than regular feeding

    * Ro/Di with phosphate reading high is also usually insignificant when compared to amounts of phosphate added by feeding (in some water sources it can range as high as 5ppm in which case it would be a big issue, but with the average being closer to .5ppm it's no biggie)

    * The actual difference in phosphate content of Dry v. Frozen food is negligible

    Summary
"Foods are by far the most important source of phosphate in most aquariums."
