    I have the tunze 7096 controller that also had a "feed mode" that shuts down all powerheads that I can adjust from anywhere from 1 minute to 8 minutes. I randomly picked 2 minutes and that seems to keep everyone happy.

    I leave everything off, Occasionally I will turn off a powerhead or two if I want to really spot feed the sun corals but other then that nope!

    everything stays on. though i only feed once every week or so. my clownfish and damsel eat all the copepods and amphipods in my 30 gal. there fat and happy too. :D

    I leave everything on with the exception of my Vortech MP40, which I set to feed mode. The feed mode remains on for approximately 10 minutes.
