I just add food to the water and let them catch it in the flow, but a lot of people prefer to feed directly to their corals. For liquid foods, you can spray is directly at the corals. Frozen foods can be melted in water and sprayed at the corals as well. My favorite for direct feeding is pellets. With many corals you can simply place a pellet on its mouth and it will open up to eat it. They're nice because they won't drift away in the flow.

I turn my pumps off and use a turkey baster to squirt a little on the coral I want to feed

Turkey baster is your friend. I feed Mysis and generally add some aqua virta fuel
